At CoCo Island Mart, we strive to ensure every snack and grocery item arrives in perfect condition; however, due to the perishable nature of food, returns are generally accepted only for damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.

Email our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return.

Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request to ensure it meets our safety and quality guidelines for food returns and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if approved.

Pack Your Items

Securely pack the unopened and original-packaged items into a shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

Receive Refund or Replacement

Once we receive and inspect your package, we will process a refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement within 3-5 business days.
